Viatris Brazil is launching an internal Diversity & Inclusion committee to discuss the topic, develop new projects and establish clear goals regarding diversity. The objective is to bring more representativeness to the company.
A Diverse Team Succeeds
Our client, Viatris requested an illustration that represents diversity. They wanted us to create an illustration that has different kinds of people - women, men, young, elderly, white, black, and person with an ability to showcase diversity.
Problem
For the internal Diversity & Inclusion committee, Viatris Brazil approached us to create illustrations that would showcase the diversity of people. The objective of this was to bring more representation to the company and showcase that Viatris Brazil is open to people from diverse backgrounds.
Idea
According to the request, we created options that showcased people from diverse backgrounds (women, men, young, elderly, white, black and person with a disability) coming together. Additionally, we also used Viatris colours to show Viatris Brazil as one team with diverse people, coming together and forming solidarity.
Solution
We successfully created the illustration for the internal Diversity & Inclusion committee to discuss the topic, develop new projects and establish clear goals regarding diversity. The illustration was self-explanatory as there was no tagline or text to explain the concept. The illustration served the purpose which was to bring more representation to the company.
